CELTIC FIDDLE GROUP

BRISBANE NORTH CELTIC FIDDLE CLUB is held once a month for all keen fiddlers, cellists, guitarists, and musicians in the community wishing to come and join in.

We are learning the same tunes as BRISBANE SCOTTISH FIDDLE CLUB so that we are all able to attend performances and play the same tunes.

Venue details:

                   OLD BAY RD COMMUNITY COMPLEX/ARTS HALL

                   OLD BAY RD, BURPENGARY

                   IT WILL BE HELD THE FIRST FRIDAY OF THE MONTH

                   FROM 6-9 ish

                   Cost will be $50 per student per year

                   OR $10 per session (Paid on the night)

You will need to bring

• Your fiddle, Cello, guitar, mandolin, tin whistle, recorder, Harp, Bodhran (anything else?)
• A music stand
• RED A4 display folder       
• A light supper to share at our break.

Mums and dads are welcome to stay and join with your instrument, or you can drop and go. (As long as you are back before 8.45pm)

We have several performances we are preparing for.

But the main aim is to have fun, learn tunes and meet others with the same interest.
