We complain a lot about the postal service, but this snippet is worth a mention

Thanks so much for the Celtic music package: it arrived and I am very pleased. So sorry that I did not reply to your earlier email but we had to evacuate for Hurricane Gustav then returned home to find no power, internet, or telephone access for several days.

Incredibly the U.S. Postal Service remained very efficient and delivered your package last night!
