Howard Low Whistles

The Howard Low Whistles have straight barrels of brass that are powder coated in black and are proving very popular as they move between octaves with relative ease and require very little breath.

Low whistlers are best fingered with a piping technique using the middle pads of the top two fingers of each hand. A guide is included. This whistle was first introduced in 1984 and now features the improved head.
